Sub: G&C’s Show at 16th TANA Convention (Telugu Association of North America) at Washington ; Highlights

I am glad to be back in action in office with renewed energy and vigour after our impressive exposure to potential clients in USA. You would have already seen my mail on pre-public launch offer of Skyline Kanchanjunga sent on 13th July.

As has been done by me on all such earlier occasions (be it opening of new branches in Singapore and Dubai or be it our association with lot of related professional bodies or be it our fast pace expansion of branch network across India etc.,), I am glad to share with you major highlights of the event.

Infact in true tradition of our transparency, I am including in this global mail close to 150 new prospective clients who have shown keen interest in G&C’s services after visiting our stall at above convention so that they will also have a favour of our open communication style.

A. TANA HIGHLIGHTS:-
1. First time ever, a star studded presence of “whose who of Andhrites” both from USA and A.P. were there at the break fast meeting of Bill Clinton for the fund raising attended by Ex. CM of A.P. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu.

2. A unique record created where by 14000 delegates attended the convention on the 2nd day compared to an average of 4000 5000 during previous conventions.

3. Record no. of 1500 attended the opening banquet against normal attendance of 300 – 400 which was attended by big wigs like Ex-Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, State and Union Ministers and MP/MLA’s besides leading film stars/Directors.

4. It looked like the central part of Washington was taken over by Telugus as any other visitor can get easily confused if he were take a walk around 2 kms radius of convention center thinking whether he is in USA Capital OR in Andhra Capital.

5. Around 150 attended the high powered business delegates meeting held on 5th, 6th covering various topics of importance
involving leading industrialists and entrepreneurs of A.P.

Unlike them, we had the unique advantage of hand holding our patrons throughout life for themselves and their relatives and friends in real estate matters across key markets of South India in particularly and all over India in general. Also unlike builders our relationship with our select clients is forever whereby they can dream to have multi-bagger investment opportunities on non-stop basis as we deal with select top brands of builders in India (Imagine you invest in multi-bagger and sell after 1-15 years only to reinvest all your multiplied money again into another multi-bagger waiting for you through our unique services and again after 2nd resale of the same, putting only the profits of 1st and 2nd investment to rotate again into 3rd multi-bagger and so on forever in life which means crores of free money to your family after few years of patience through compounding principle).
