However, the same will generally undertake interiors work of Rs.25 lakhs and above per work order for high end flats/villas/showrooms/independent houses. But if in any complex where our investors have more than 10 flats, then we will be taking up (for example in Divyasree Elan, we have sold 62 flats and almost half of them wanted us to take up their work and we are in the process of sending them 2 or 3 standardised options).
