$200 Million Offshore FDI Fund

Mr.Chowdary has completed ground work to set-up a 200 Million USD offshore FDI fund that will give foreigners a chance to invest in India’s growth story (foreigners are otherwise not allowed by RBI to invest directly in Indian real estate) & gives NRIs a bigger platform to partner with some of the country’s largest developers, besides G&C’s own signature developments, to take advantage of the country’s tremendous growth opportunities for the next decade.
