What is the size of plots available here?
Plot sizes are in multiples of ¼ acre (approx 11,000). Hence you have ¼ acre (11000 sft), ½ acre (22000 sft) and 1 acre (44000 sft) plots.

What is the price?
Prices range from Rs.320/sft upto Rs.399/sft depending on position within the layout.
This means the starting price is Rs.30 to 35 Lakhs onwards, with smaller plots starting at Rs.30 lakhs + registration.

Can you get bank / home loan for this project?
Since this is agricultural land, home loan facility is NOT available.

Does the price include cost of house or only land?
Quoted price is ONLY for plot cost and does NOT include house.

Is the price negotiable?

What is the payment schedule?
